Five stages with visible decisions

Design — QDS develops the structure, message and visual direction. The client supplies content, assets and permissions, then approves the direction before production. The result is an approved design and content plan.

Build — QDS produces the agreed pages, identity applications or workflow. The client reviews working examples and resolves factual questions. Approval fixes the content and functionality for validation; the result is a reviewable working candidate.

Integrate — QDS checks the connections, responsibilities and handoff. The client confirms recipients, account ownership, consent and access. Approve tested behavior and launch readiness; the result is an accountable release and handoff plan.

Improve — Review real questions and agreed evidence after delivery. The client prioritizes changes and approves each new scope. The result is a focused improvement plan, with ongoing care and publishing responsibilities explicitly assigned.
