Optimization

Recurring work can connect content planning, branded social artwork, website updates and review. The engagement defines what QDS prepares, who approves it, who publishes and who responds to inquiries.

For businesses that already have an offer and need a sustainable way to keep their website, content and customer follow-through useful.

Plan + prepare

Agree priorities and a content rhythm, collect upcoming business information, and prepare useful copy, branded artwork and website updates.

Review + approve

A named client approver checks dates, prices, availability, claims and permissions. QDS resolves feedback before content is cleared for use.

Publish + maintain

Publishing responsibility and account permissions are agreed per channel. Prepared artwork is not proof that a post was published; website and social changes follow the approved workflow.

Review + support

Review agreed signals, customer questions and operational friction. Use that evidence to prioritize the next changes; support and response responsibilities remain explicit.

What the client provides and approves

Provide timely offers, dates, usable assets and accurate business information. Name an approver and an inquiry owner. Agree channel access, publishing responsibility and response expectations; paid advertising, ad spend and unlimited support are not implied.

Scope, responsibilities and next steps

Content plans, copy, social artwork, website updates and review notes can form the engagement. Quantities, channels and cadence are agreed for the business; no package volumes or results are promised here.

The scope names the publisher for each channel. Client approval and suitable account access come before any QDS publishing action. Where the client publishes, QDS hands over approved material.

Accurate business updates, deadlines, asset permissions and a named approver. The client confirms claims and availability, and owns responding to customer inquiries unless another arrangement is documented.

Use an agreed request and approval process to prioritize content, site care and operational changes. New campaigns, integrations or additional channels are scoped explicitly.

Holy Smokes shows website and social design together. Hazy Daze shows planning and content-system artifacts. Far East Bayou and SkaLz demonstrate recurring branded artwork; saved examples do not establish campaign performance.
